Village Woods
Village Woods is made up of three buildings consisting of 12 units each allowing you to ease into community living. Unique layouts with more two bedroom units make Village Woods suitable for couples needing a moderate rent. Residents of Village Woods enjoy relaxing with neighbors in the rocking chairs in front of their buildings. Central community space in each building encouraging friendly gatherings for puzzles, games, and conversation. Residents are also free to utilize the additional space when their guests visit. Laundry rooms are located on each floor and mail boxes are conveniently located at the building’s front entrance.
Moderate fixed rents including utilities make this an affordable option.

Income guidelines apply. Village Woods serves residents 50-60% of area median income. Maximum gross annual income for one person is $53,940, maximum gross annual income for two people is $61,680.
